At WiNKED, we’re always on the move—running full schedules, staying inspired, and delivering consistent results for every client that walks through our doors. But every now and then, there’s a moment where everything clicks a little more deeply. And this past week? It was one of those.

A Branding Shoot with Real Meaning

We kicked off the week with something special: a full-on branding shoot for the WiNKED team. And we’re not talking about snapping a few iPhone pics in between appointments. This was a full production. Lights. Cameras. Confidence.

Each member of our team showed up glammed, grounded, and ready to represent what WiNKED is all about: artistry, professionalism, and the power of women creating something real—together.

The best part? These weren’t just photos. They were proof of the growth, strength, and direction we’re headed in as a team and as a brand.

Team Bonding: Beyond the Beauty

After the shoot, we actually paused—yes, paused—to have a real lunch together. Not a rushed bite in between clients. Not standing up between clients. A real, sit-down, phones-down, laughter-filled moment.

It reminded us that behind the lash trays and pigment palettes, we’re a group of women who genuinely love and support each other. And that energy? It pours straight into everything we do.

Salon Growth You Can Feel

While the cameras were clicking and the laughter was flowing, WiNKED was still doing what we do best—making clients feel seen, cared for, and fabulous.

Mikayla, one of our artists, quietly hit her highest client count ever—again. Her consistency, focus, and care don’t go unnoticed, and it’s no surprise that her books are growing week after week.
