At WiNKED, we don’t just hire — we audition. 🎭 Every artist is personally selected and trained by Ashli, our founder and a 10-year lash + PMU artist. Why? Because quality matters, and we know your face is personal.

We only bring on artists who are skilled, passionate, coachable, and client-centered. Then we continue to pour into them — with education, one-on-one feedback, and advanced training.
