Ashli Montano
Owner
I started lashing in 2015, launched my business in 2016, and never looked back. Some of my first clients are still with me, and seeing WiNKED grow into what it is today has been unreal. In 2018, I expanded into permanent makeup and earned my mentor card along the way, always pushing myself to learn and evolve. But the biggest shift? Stepping away from services to fully run WiNKED—and in doing so, finding what truly sets my soul on fire: mentoring and helping other artists grow, both in their craft and in life.

I built WiNKED with both artists and clients in mind. As an artist, I know the struggle of finding a clean, peaceful space to work and build something real. And as someone who’s spent years helping women feel confident in themselves, I wanted to create more than just a salon—I wanted a space where artists feel supported, where clients feel taken care of, and where confidence is built from the inside out.

When I’m not running the salon, you’ll find me at the gym, lost in a good book, or out exploring with my kids and our crazy Boston Terrier. Balancing it all isn’t always easy, but this journey—every challenge, every risk—has been worth it. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
