  • Lash Policies
    Our Lash Guarantee If you have any issues including excessive fallout, please contact us immediately and come in within 3 days of your appointment for a lash fix on us! -Applies to all full sets and fills, with the exception of Touchups. -Foreign fills are excluded. -Wearing eye makeup before or immediately after, voids the guarantee. Cancellation, No Show, Late We require a 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and will charge 50% of the appointment fee. Out of respect and consideration for your lash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time. Fills If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. 2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set 3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set 4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash. New Clients We kindly require all of our clients with existing lash extensions from other salons/spas to book a consultation FIRST before booking a fill appointment. We must first assess the work to be sure we can work over it. If we cannot work over the existing work, we will recommend a removal and full set. **If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, we recommend booking a full set to ensure your lash artist has enough time with you. Small Children WiNKED endeavors to make each guest experience as relaxing and as safe as possible. In order to do so, we politely ask that guests refrain from bringing small children or infants to their appointments. Our technicians are focused on delivering the best possible service and they are unable to monitor young ones while doing so. Pets WiNKED does not allow pets or animals in the salon, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
  • PMU Policies
    Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. Balance is due the day of your procedure. We accept cash or cards as forms of payment. The price does NOT include the touch-up appointment. Touch-ups are separate and an additional fee of $150.00, due at the time of the appointment. Cancellation, No Show, Late We require a 24 hours’ notice. We work by appointment only and are typically booked in advance, so to insure the date & time you desire, we encourage you to book your appointments early! Appointments It is required that you answer the list of Pertinent Questions prior to booking your appointment. It is required to have your follow-up up appointment within 6 weeks after your original procedure. We ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointments. If you have previous permanent makeup work done, you must send a photo via email or text to WiNKED prior to booking. Small Children Per Southern Nevada Health District, Children are not allowed in the room. WiNKED does offer a front waiting area. Our artists are focused on delivering the best possible service and they are unable to monitor young ones while doing so. Pets WiNKED does not allow pets or animals in the salon, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
  • What happens if I cancel my service?
    We ask for a 24 hour cancel notice, anything less is considered a late cancel and 50% of the service will be charged. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours as well.
  • Lash Extension Care
    Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours. Do not use oil-based products, creams or waterproof mascara. Brush through your lashes daily. Use only water-based makeup and makeup remover. Do not sleep on your face. Remove makeup around the eye with a cotton swab. Do not perm, tint or use an eyelash curler. Avoid pulling at the extensions or rubbing your eyes. Please see a trained lash artist to have your extensions removed. To extend the life of your lashes, please schedule a fill every 2-3 weeks.
  • Will Lash Extensions Damage My Natural Lashes?
    No! When applied properly, with perfect isolation and weight, eyelash extensions will not harm your natural lashes. Our lash artists are all experienced and certified, the most important thing to them is the integrity of your natural lash. During your initial consultation, they will evaluate your natural lashes to ensure you get the lash extensions that work best for you so that you will never have damage or breakage to your natural lashes!!
  • Types of Lashes
    Classic Lashes Classic lashes give the most natural look and are the perfect set for anyone wanting that “mascara” look. This set is achieved by placing a single extension on a single natural lash. The fullness of your set will depend on the fullness of your natural lashes. Hybrid Lashes Hybrid lashes are the perfect combination of classic lashes and handmade volume fans. This set creates added fullness and coverage. Volume Lashes Volume lashes give a more dramatic look and are a perfect set for anyone wanting that “strip lash” look. This set is created using handmade fans, which are multiple lash extensions fanned out by the artist and placed on the natural lash.
