The not-so-glamorous side of growth at WiNKED

We love to talk about growth and lately, WiNKED has had a lot of it.

More clients. More retail sales. A new team member. More people walking in, calling, and asking questions about what we offer. It's exciting. It’s validating. It's proof that what we’re building is working.

But there’s a side of growth people don’t talk about enough:

The part where you realize the “more” you asked for also demands more from you.

This season, we’re not just growing... we’re building.

We’re putting systems in place. We’re tightening communication. We’re raising the standard behind the scenes to support what’s expanding in front of us. Because growth without structure cracks. And we're not here for cracks.

Welcoming a New Team Member and the Power of Retail 🛍

This week we officially welcomed Christal to the WiNKED team. She’s already jumping in, learning our culture, and adding to the energy in the salon. If you see her, be sure to say hello, because community and connection matter just as much as technical skill.

We’ve also noticed more and more people stopping in just to shop our retail. Products like our lash shampoo and growth serum aren't just “extras” anymore, they’re becoming a reason people walk through the door. That’s powerful. It’s a clear sign we’ve built something people are noticing.

Now, it’s our responsibility to sustain that growth. With structure. With systems. With leadership.
