**Return Policy**
At WiNKED, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- -In the same condition that you received it.
- -Unworn or unused, with tags.
- -In its original packaging.
- -Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at ashli@winkedlv.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at ashli@winkedlv.com and we’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, certain items cannot be returned, including worn eyelashes. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
